Alpha Vapes complies with federal and provincial guidelines on the sale and distribution of goods to customers over the age of 19; therefore, a signature and an ID check are required on delivery or pickup for all orders. As a result of this, packages cannot be left at the door or in a mailbox. Orders shipped to a P.O. box address will be held at a Canada Post office for pickup.
Same day delivery in BC: Currently unavailable. Online orders will be shipped with Canada Post
Expedited Shipping: Orders made within Canada all will be shipped with Canada Post Expedited Shipping.
Expedited Shipping items will be shipped same day or day after order was placed.
Tracking and Missing Packages:
After an item leaves Alpha Vapes warehouse and a tracking number is provided, the designated carrier becomes responsible for the package. Any delays or delivery errors caused by courier companies are beyond our control. We are not responsible or liable for any lost orders during shipping.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Refund incase of defective product
We provide no refunds for any products unless they are found to be recalled or damaged. In that case contact us at alphavapesbc (at) gmail (dot) com for further instructions.
To request a refund or exchange for a damaged or defective product, you need to return the product to us as per our policy. Along with that, you must also provide us with a video that shows the damage, defect or malfunction in the product. This video must be sent to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product was damaged during shipping, you need to inform us and send us a video of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Additionally, you must return the product to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products that are damaged during use or from your own handling.
